Ak Compact V3

Compact Wingboard Maneuver-oriented shape with a parallel outline, wide top rails with a high apex rail for stability, and a narrow bottom for high-speed turning. The Compact wingboard is fully optimized for winging with its highly concentrated volume and low swing weight. Ideal for intermediate to advanced wing riders in lighter conditions, this board’s stable platform and centralized volume make it easy to handle for jumps and progressive maneuvers. The high apex rail maintains the feel of a narrow board, providing stability with additional width when not planing. Available Sizes 36L / 46L / 58L / 74L / 85L / 105L Key Features Bottom Shape The rounded nose and softer rails help prevent the nose from sticking on touch downs, recovering without losing too much speed. The mid-section transitions into a single concave for maximum planing speed and works with the hard rails in the tail for quick water release during touchdowns. Wide Nose The Compact is kept as short as possible for optimal wing performance. A wide nose retains volume up front, and the parallel rails create directional stability at both low and high speeds, spreading volume evenly between the nose and tail. Thick Profile Packs substantial float in a short length, reducing swing weight for easy pumping and turning. The volume is optimized for stability and works with the high apex rail to keep the board nimble. GORE Auto Vent GORE auto vents feature a breathable GORE Membrane with a microporous structure allowing air and gases to pass freely, equalizing pressure and diffusing moisture. High Apex Rail The high apex combines the stability of a wider board with the aggressive turning capability of a narrower board. The hard release edge in the tail and softer release in the nose provide intuitive touchdowns and quick release, making it easier to use in lighter wind. Concave Deck The concave deck lowers the rider’s center of gravity and places buoyancy on the rails for a stable sub-planing platform, enhancing connection to the foil and improving stability and response for pumping and turning. Active Carbon Construction Features a full biaxial carbon top deck, wood sandwich standing areas, and a heavy-duty foil connection. This construction creates a strong, stiff standing area with an ultra-lightweight EPS core. The heavy-duty load plate in the foil connection provides a direct connection between the foil and the rider. Specifications Model Volume Length Width Weight (5% Variance) Wing Adv. Wing Beg.
