AJR Mid Twist Dee Bit

We love this sharp and stable bit from AJR! The Mid Twist Dee Bit is designed for riders who require additional balance and responsiveness. This bit features a unique mid-twist design, where only the center portion of the mouthpiece is twisted. This design introduces moderate pressure specifically on the center of the tongue, encouraging the horse to stay attentive and respond quickly to the rider. The twist in the center adds a bit of sharpness, but without the intensity of a fully twisted mouthpiece, making it a versatile option for a range of horses. The Dee Bit construction provides lateral stability, preventing the bit from sliding through the horse’s mouth and maintaining consistent contact. This stability, combined with the focused action of the mid twist, makes the Mid Twist Dee Bit an excellent choice for horses that benefit from clear, direct communication and a bit that offers a touch more control without being overly harsh.
