AJR Intuflex Hackabit

We love how the Intuflex Long Shank Hackabit delivers enhanced control with a softer feel, combining flexible comfort and refined pressure distribution to help strong or heavy horses stay responsive without unnecessary harshness. Soft, flexible, and thoughtfully engineered, the Intuflex Long Shank Hackabit, combines the gentle action of a flexible mouthpiece with the refined pressure application of a hackamore. The TPU mouthpiece with a softly tapered design creates extra space in the horse’s mouth, encouraging relaxation and a softer connection. Beneath the TPU lies a braided metal core protected by a durable PVC coating, ensuring long-lasting performance without sacrificing flexibility. This combination bit integrates the dual action of a hackamore and a bit, where the mouthpiece applies pressure to the tongue and bars, and the hackamore component applies pressure to the nose and poll. The long shank design increases leverage, amplifying rein pressure for a stronger effect. This configuration is particularly useful for horses that are strong, heavy on the forehand or require additional responsiveness. With its thoughtful blend of softness, leverage, and durability, the Intuflex Hackabit Long Shank Bit is an excellent choice for advanced riders seeking enhanced control without harshness.
