Aji Mango Pepper Seeds

The Aji Mango Pepper is a captivating chili variety originating from Peru. It is known for its fruity and citrusy taste similar to mangoes. Like the Aji Amarillo Pepper, it has a moderate heat level, catering to a broad palate range. These elongated peppers begin with green to yellow and transition to a gorgeous orange as they reach full ripeness. Aji Mango Pepper Plants grow to about 3-4 feet tall and grow 2-3" sized pepper pods.  If you want to enjoy spice without overwhelming intensity, this pepper is right up your alley. It has a Scoville Heat Level of 100,000 to 150,000+ SHUs. Ideal for salsas, sauces, and marinades, the Aji Mango Pepper lends a tropical and mildly spicy kick to a variety of dishes. It is not only delicious, but it is also a visually stunning variety to add to your garden.  Browse through more of our Hot Pepper Seed offerings, and be sure to check out our Hot Pepper Plants for more growing options!
