Aji Lemon Drop Pepper Seeds - Citrusy Medium Heat

The Aji Lemon Drop is a Peruvian heirloom that tastes exactly like its name. Bright, tangy, zesty citrus flavor with notes of lemon and lime. If you want a pepper that brings flavor first and heat second, this is one of the best in the world at doing exactly that. Vibrant yellow pods, 2-3 inches long, on incredibly productive plants. Some growers report over 100 peppers per plant in a single season. The thin walls dry easily and the citrus flavor concentrates beautifully in powder form. A must-grow for sauce makers.
