Airplane Charm (Medium) - Waterproof

For the ones who are always going somewhere. For the frequent flyers and the first time flyers and the people who cry a little at takeoff because something about leaving the ground just gets to them. For the flight attendants and the pilots and the aerospace engineers and the people who press their face against the window every single time without fail. For the ones with the bucket lists and the worn out passports and the carry on they have packed and repacked so many times they could do it in their sleep. For anyone who has ever looked up at a plane crossing the sky and felt a pull. This one is for you. This charm is shown from above, the classic aerial view, with a smooth rounded fuselage, two swept wings, and a small tail fin at the base. The whole thing is polished and three dimensional with a satisfying weight to it. The standout detail is the tiny crystal set into the right wing, held in a delicate beaded setting, catching the light like a little window glinting in the sun. It is such a specific and lovely touch. It takes this from a simple airplane charm to something that feels genuinely special. It is the perfect gift for the trip taker, the expat, the long distance relationship, the one who just got the job across the country, or anyone who just really loves to travel. Medium size (see photo next to dime for scale) Gold-finish stainless steel with PVD coating Fully three dimensional aerial view design Single crystal set in beaded setting on right wing Charm only, no chain included (pairs beautifully with any of our chains in the charm bar) A note on "waterproof" jewelry from me, your jewelry designer: You have probably seen brands throw around the word "waterproof" and wondered if it is actually true. As someone who has worked in jewelry for years, I do not think any jewelry is truly 100% waterproof. What I can tell you is that stainless steel with PVD coating is as close as it gets. It is the material people are talking about when they say waterproof jewelry. Shower in it, sweat in it, live your life in it. It is made to keep up with you.
