Fantasy Cut Lab-Grown Ruby Engagement Ring Set in Sterling Silver

A single crimson teardrop, caught in a bed of silver ferns. This ruby engagement ring set centers a fantasy-cut teardrop ruby — a genuine lab-grown ruby glowing deep red — above a matching band of feathers and vines, with bright simulated diamond accents scattered like dew. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish, it is a fairytale ruby ring and band made to be worn together forever. Genuine lab-grown ruby Teardrop fantasy cut Feather & vine band Matching ring set Solid 925 sterling silver Rhodium finish A woodland fairytale in silver Where the Celtic sets lean mythic, this one leans enchanted — delicate feathers and unfurling vines wrap the band like something grown rather than made. The teardrop, or pear, silhouette of the ruby draws the eye to a graceful point, an elegant departure from the usual round center. It is designed for the dreamer who wants a proposal ring that feels plucked from a storybook, and it sits happily among our nature-inspired engagement rings. Worn as a pair, the two bands frame the ruby in silver foliage so it seems to bloom from the leaves. The engagement ring Holds the teardrop fantasy-cut ruby in a leaf-embraced setting — the statement piece and focal point of the set. The matching band A feather-and-vine band that nests alongside the engagement ring to complete the woodland silhouette. Beautiful stacked, or worn alone from our ruby couples rings. The genuine lab-grown ruby The center is a real ruby — a lab-grown ruby is genuine corundum, the same mineral as a mined ruby, created in a controlled environment instead of the earth. It offers the identical rich red and the identical hardness, without the cost of a mined stone. Cut in a fantasy teardrop, its extra facets catch and throw light in little bursts, giving the ruby a lively, glowing brilliance. For the lore behind the gem, our guide to ruby meaning is a lovely place to start, and if you are torn between red gemstones, our garnet vs ruby comparison makes the choice clear. Bright simulated diamond accents Tiny simulated diamonds are set along the design, adding a crisp flash of white sparkle that makes the ruby’s red glow even deeper. They are a bright, budget-friendly way to lace the botanical setting with classic engagement-ring shimmer, and they play off the warm fire of the ruby beautifully. Prefer a lab-grown diamond or moissanite accent instead? Message us — most of our designs can be tailored. Solid sterling silver with a rhodium finish The set is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver and finished with a layer of rhodium — the same precious metal used on fine white-gold jewelry. That rhodium finish gives every ring a bright, mirror-white luster and adds a protective shield that helps resist tarnish and everyday scratches, keeping the fine leaf and feather detailing crisp. It is the touch that lets a sterling silver ring wear like something far more expensive. What a ruby symbolizes The ruby is the age-old stone of passion, devotion and courage — a fitting heart for a ring about enduring love. As July’s birthstone it doubles as a heartfelt summer-birthday gift. Colored center stones like this are increasingly the choice for couples who want something personal; our red engagement rings guide explores why. Frequently asked questions Is the ruby a real ruby? Yes. It is a genuine lab-grown ruby, which is real corundum — chemically and physically identical to a mined ruby, simply grown in a controlled setting. It shows the same rich red color and the same hardness. Is a lab-grown ruby the same as natural? In every way that matters for beauty and durability, yes. It shares the exact mineral makeup of a mined ruby but is created responsibly in a lab, which keeps it more affordable and consistently vivid in color. Does this come as a set? Yes — it includes the teardrop ruby engagement ring plus a matching feather-and-vine band designed to nest alongside it. The band can also be worn on its own as a promise or stacking ring. What is the teardrop fantasy cut? It is a pear-shaped cut given extra fantasy faceting, which scatters light in little bursts across the stone. The result is a graceful, pointed silhouette with lively, dancing brilliance. How durable is the ruby for daily wear? Ruby ranks 9 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond among gemstones. That makes it exceptionally scratch-resistant and ideal for an engagement ring worn every day. What are the accent stones? Bright simulated diamonds that add a crisp white sparkle and make the ruby’s red glow even deeper. If you would prefer lab-grown diamond or moissanite accents, reach out and we will tailor it for you. What metal is it made from? Solid 925 sterling silver, finished with rhodium for a bright white luster and extra protection against tarnish and scratches. What does the rhodium finish do? Rhodium is the same precious metal used to finish fine white gold. It gives the silver a mirror-bright, white-gold-like shine and adds a protective layer that helps the ring stay looking freshly polished. Is the leaf detailing delicate to wear? The feather-and-vine motif is carved into solid sterling silver, so it is durable for everyday wear. Normal care keeps the fine detail crisp and bright for years. Is the ruby the July birthstone? Yes. Ruby is the birthstone for July, which makes this set an especially meaningful gift for a summer birthday, anniversary or proposal. What size should I order? Select your ring size at checkout.
