AC Flush It, HVAC Flush Kit for Air Conditioning LineSet

AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION SYSTEM LINE SET FLUSH Flush-It is a specially formulated solvent designed to quickly and easily cleanse refrigeration and air conditioning line sets, particularly after compressor failure, during refrigerant retrofit, or at a new system installation. Flush-It’s unique formulation effectively removes sludge, carbon residue, oils, water, and other particulates, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems. Safety Ensure the work area is well-ventilated throughout the flushing procedure. Always wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and safety goggles. Danger: Never connect this cylinder to nitrogen via a manifold or other charging hoses. Failure to ensure the system is free of pressure may cause the cylinder to burst and could result in injury. Waste Disposal: Ensure the product is not released into drains or waterways. Follow all local regulations when disposing of waste products. ** See Flush-It SDS for more information. Instructions for Using AC Flush Gather the necessary equipment, including Flush-It cylinder, Flush-It Hose, Flush-It Spray Gun, low-pressure nitrogen at 120 psi, and an empty container for waste. Ensure the HVAC system is powered off. Evacuate the refrigerant and oil from the system. Disconnect the parts of the system that will not be flushed (Like the compressor and expansion valve). Designate one end of the line set as the discharge end and then compress or constrict this end to enhance the mass flow and contact duration of the flush. Be sure to use an open container to catch the oil, debris, and other waste expelled during the flushing process Using the Flush-It Spray Gun and the Flush-It hose, inject Flush-It into the line set. The amount of product required will depend on the specific line configuration and the level of contamination. Up to 1/2″ Line Sets: Dispense Flush-It for approximately 10 seconds through each line for every 50 feet. Up to 718″ Line Sets: Dispense Flush-It for approximately 20 seconds through each line for every 50 feet. Inspect the discharged solvent for cleanliness. Repeat if necessary. Purge the system with nitrogen (120 psi) to clear any remaining solvent. Evaluate the line sets for cleanliness. Repeat the flushing process if necessary. 7. Pull a deep vacuum to remove any residual solvent. 8. The line set is clean and ready for service. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines when evacuating and recharging the HVAC system.
