Air Compressor Unloader Pilot Control Valve 1/4" Female NPT 145-175 PSI

Air Compressor Unloader Pilot Valve 145-175 PSI, 1/4" Female NPT Inlet, 1/8" Female NPT Outlet, Brass With Manual Control Lever USA-Made  Air compressor unloader and or throttle pilot valve, designed for constant run operation and precise control over your air compressor’s throttle, intake unloaders, or discharge valves. Made in the USA, this high-quality valve is perfect for gas and electric-powered compressors, offering reliable, long-lasting solution for your compressed air system. With a preset pressure range of 145-175 PSI, this valve ensures consistent and safe pressure control. The manual unloader lever provides added flexibility, while the adjustable settings allow you to fine-tune the pressure to suit your needs. Whether you are replacing a worn-out valve or adding new functionality to your compressor system, this valve delivers superior quality and performance. Pressure Adjustment: The preset pressure on this valve can be adjusted. Just below the manual unloader lever on top of the valve, you’ll find two adjustment screws secured with lock-nuts. The lower screw, which is larger, should not be altered, as it regulates the valve’s core function. The upper, smaller screw—located just beneath the manual lift lever—controls the pressure settings. Turning this screw inward will increase both the cut-in and cut-out pressures, while turning it outward will decrease them. It’s recommended to limit adjustments to no more than approximately 15 PSI in either direction. Key Features: Adjustable Pressure Control: The preset pressure range of 145-175 PSI can be adjusted by up to 15 PSI higher or lower, allowing you to customize the valve to your system's needs. Precision-Machined Brass Construction: Built to last, this valve is made from durable brass and features a stainless steel mesh filter on the intake side for a dirt-free operation. Multiple Connection Options: 1/4" Female NPT air inlet threads for easy connection to your air system or compressor tank, and 1/8" Female NPT side port for controlling throttle, intake unloaders, or discharge valves. You can add a 1/8" pipe tee if you need two ports on the discharge side. Manual Unloader Lever: The manual control lever allows you to open the valve easily and direct pressure to the throttle control or discharge valve for added control during operation. Maximum Operating Temperature: Withstanding temperatures up to 300°F, this valve is built for harsh working conditions. Specifications: Pressure Range: Adjustable from 145 to 175 PSI Maximum Operating Pressure: 200 PSI Maximum Operating Temperature: 300°F Air Inlet: 1/4" Female NPT (1/4" npt measures approx. 1/2" diameter) Air Outlet: 1/8" Female NPT (1/8" npt measures approx. 3/8" diameter) Manual Unloader Lever: For load-free engine start and pressure control Precision Machined: Brass construction for strength and reliability Stainless Steel Mesh Filter: Ensures clean air intake and smooth operation Installation Tip: If you need more than one port, a tee fitting can be used to create additional connections.
