Work Better with AI Workshop

It’s easy to fall into the trap of “we’ll figure out AI as we go.” This workshop gives you a framework to choose which parts of your work to automate and a process for how to automate. You'll leave this 3-hour workshop with an agent custom-built for a high-impact area of your workflow. You'll map where AI takes on more routine work within your role and organization and where humans should stay at the helm. See live demos, ask questions as you build, and leave with an up-to-date vocabulary for AI and a framework you can apply as your work evolves. This approach works no matter what tool you use: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. Live sessions run Wednesday, November 18 at 7:00 PM EST and Thursday, November 19 at 12:00 PM EST. Both cover the same material, so after enrolling, attend whichever works best for you. This workshop is presented by IDEO U, in partnership with ExperiencePoint. Course Outcomes Build a functioning AI agent tailored to your work, no code required. Identify the one part of your process that's ready for an agent now and what to build next, so you leave with a roadmap beyond the workshop. Form a perspective on where AI can add value to your role and organization, and what should remain in human hands. Gain a framework to identify opportunities for AI agents, so conversations with your team turn into confident decisions.
