AGM Weld-On Jack Points

AGM Weld-On Jack Points give your AGM jack a dedicated place to lock in, so it engages your chassis the same way every time instead of balancing on a flat surface. The diamond face tolerates up to 12 degrees of misalignment, and the back can be shaped to fit your tube or suspension component. FAQWhich jacks work with AGM Weld-On Jack Points? They create a mechanical connection with compatible AGM jacks, including the PRO and Sport Series. How much misalignment do they allow? The diamond-shaped face allows up to 12 degrees of misalignment. Can I shape the Jack Point to fit my tube?Yes. Extra material on the back can be shaped. Insert the Jack Point in the jack first, mark the face, and leave 1/8 to 1/4 in. for the weld bead. How should the Jack Point be oriented?Weld it so the front face is vertical and the sides are perpendicular to the ground at vehicle ride height. Do I need a welder to install them?Yes. AGM recommends an experienced welder or fabricator. If you cannot weld, the Bolt-On Jack Points install with rivnuts instead. Weld-On or Bolt-On Jack Points?Weld-On points are the most secure permanent option and can be contoured. Bolt-On points avoid welding but require drilling and rivnuts on flat plate. Why AGMAGM builds its trail jacks around three in-house systems: the GroundLoc concave base for loose terrain, the VersaLift modular lifting head and collar, and ToughThred ACME screw drives that lift mechanically with no hydraulics to leak. Every AGM jack, hook, Jack Point and mount is designed to work as one system, so accessories you add later fit the jack you already own. Finish Your AGM Jack Point SetupOrder a 4-pack to cover all four corners, and confirm each location is structurally suitable before welding. Pair the Jack Points with a Manual Jack PRO, Electric Jack PRO or Manual Jack Sport.
