About this product Our Aged Gouda is handcrafted using only the milk from our family dairy herd of happy cows. We age this Gouda for at least one year in our cave, turning it weekly with attention to detail. This cheese is similar to Parmesan in flavor, and can be grated over pasta or paired with a buttery cracker. A delightful cheese! Must be refrigerated. Shelf life is 120 days from packaging your order. Ingredients: Raw whole cow's milk, cultures, vegetarian enzymes, salt. Every batch is Lab Tested for pathogens
