Afteroom Plus Dining Chair - Non-Upholstered

The Audo Copenhagen Afteroom Plus Dining Chair with Seat Upholstered strikes the perfect balance between comfort and clean design, adding strategic cushioning where it matters most while maintaining the minimalist aesthetic that makes the Afteroom collection so appealing. This chair understands that dining comfort doesn't require full upholstery - sometimes you just need that soft seat cushion to make extended meals genuinely pleasant while preserving the visual lightness of exposed frame elements. The upholstered seat provides genuine comfort for longer dinner conversations without the visual weight or maintenance concerns of completely upholstered furniture. What's particularly smart about this approach is how it gives you the comfort benefits where you need them most while maintaining the clean lines and sculptural quality that make these chairs work in so many different dining settings. The construction quality becomes evident when this chair handles daily dining life with grace and durability. The seat cushioning provides proper support for extended sitting without becoming too soft or losing its shape over time, while the exposed frame elements maintain their refined appearance through regular use. The upholstery is chosen to handle real family dining - spills happen, kids climb on chairs, sticky fingers touch everything - and the materials age gracefully rather than just showing damage. The height works perfectly with standard dining tables, and the combination of cushioned comfort and clean frame design encourages people to linger during meals without making the chairs feel bulky or overwhelming in your dining space. The selective upholstery approach also makes cleaning and maintenance much more manageable than fully upholstered alternatives. Audo Copenhagen designs selectively upholstered dining chairs with the Danish understanding that comfort and practicality should enhance rather than complicate daily life. They recognize that dining chairs need to provide genuine comfort for extended use while remaining easy to live with and maintain over time. The Afteroom Plus collection with seat upholstery reflects this philosophy perfectly, creating seating that enhances how families naturally want to gather and connect over meals while maintaining the design clarity and practical benefits that make these pieces sustainable for long-term daily use rather than precious furniture that requires special care.
