Afteroom Plus Dining Chair - Fully Upholstered

The Audo Copenhagen Afteroom Plus Dining Chair Fully Upholstered elevates the minimalist Afteroom aesthetic with complete comfort that transforms dining seating into something genuinely luxurious. This chair takes the clean design philosophy of the original Afteroom and wraps it in full upholstery that eliminates any hard surfaces, creating an enveloping dining experience that encourages people to linger over meals rather than rush through them. The fully upholstered approach means every contact point feels soft and welcoming, from the seat to the back to the armrests, making extended dinner conversations actually comfortable rather than endurance tests. What's particularly well-executed is how the upholstery maintains the chair's refined proportions and clean lines, creating seating that feels luxurious and indulgent while preserving the sophisticated aesthetic that makes the Afteroom collection so appealing. The construction quality becomes even more important with full upholstery, requiring precise engineering to maintain proper support and structure while maximizing comfort. The frame provides solid stability and proper posture support even when wrapped in soft materials, preventing that saggy, shapeless feeling that can develop in fully upholstered chairs over time. The cushioning stays supportive rather than just soft, so you maintain good posture during meals without conscious effort. The fabric choices handle daily dining use beautifully, developing character rather than just showing stains or wear from the inevitable spills and contact that come with family meals. The overall design manages to feel substantial and luxurious while working seamlessly with different dining table styles and room aesthetics. Audo Copenhagen designs fully upholstered dining chairs with the Danish understanding that meal times should be about connection and enjoyment rather than enduring uncomfortable seating that makes people want to leave the table quickly. They recognize that dining chairs with complete comfort encourage the kind of extended conversations and shared experiences that make houses feel like homes. The Afteroom Plus collection reflects this philosophy perfectly, creating seating that facilitates how people naturally want to gather and connect over food while maintaining the design integrity that makes dining spaces feel both sophisticated and genuinely welcoming for the daily rituals that bring families together.
