African Grey is composed of organic South African rooibos scented with oil of bergamot, a citrus fruit grown in Italy along the Mediterranean, along with a small amount of herby hyssop and sweet bee pollen. Our goal with this blend is to provide a caffeine-free version of the timeless classic. How to brew the perfect cup: Water: 212˚F / Boiling / Leaves: 1-1.5 teaspoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 5-6 minutes Ingredients: Rooibos*, Hyssop, Bergamot Essential Oil, Natural Honey Flavor, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Bee Pollen. *ORGANIC
