Affiliate or Referral Program Agreement Template

Working with affiliates is a great way to increase sales and reach a new audience for your products or services. But how do you plan to pay your affiliates, and how often? What resources do you plan to give, and what do you expect from your affiliates? The Affiliate or Referral Program Agreement will help answer those questions and more, like: Will you provide me with affiliate collateral I can use to drive sales? Or can I use something I create? Do I have to let my audience know that I’ll receive commission for any sales completed through my affiliate link? What is the commission percentage/referral fee? And how often will I get paid?   The Affiliate or Referral Program Agreement should be used by anyone who is running an affiliate or referral incentive program in their business. It will also help outline the application process and criteria for potential applicants to your program. This template was recently updated to include code of conduct language that provides you with the ability to terminate affiliates for bad behavior, plus it includes terms that can help you prevent your affiliates from using predatory marketing tactics.
