Aerobic Steps with 2 Adjustable Locking Risers (the starter set)

We call this the starter set--one 43" x 16" strong aerobic step platform and 2 of our patent-pending locking risers. A perfect package... The perfect set up to get started with most workouts. Our 43" aerobic step platforms are the strongest, most beautiful design on the market with our patent-pending details including a non-slip surface and several beautiful color options to choose from. You'll love... You'll love the split layout of the non-slip rubber mats that makes finding the center of the platform quick and easy so that you'll never miss a rep. A feature you never knew you needed... Then you'll notice a feature that you never knew you needed (until you try it!)--our comfort-grip, rounded edges and cut-outs on all 4 sides of the platform that are a natural (and welcoming) spot for your hands and fingers. This equipment won't move when you're using it... Our platforms are a strong foundation that will never buckle under your most challenging plyo moves. And of course, you'll fall in love with our patent-pending locking risers (you get 4 in this set) that keep your step safe and sturdy at all times during exercise. You'll quickly learn to love using the flip to adjust the height of your step. Great for SO MANY CLASSES... Our workout bench is the number one design for sports performance training (plyometrics, speed and agility, balance, coordination and strength training circuits). These sets are ideal (we tested them) for workouts by Cathe Friedrich, Les Mills Body Step, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Grit, MOSSA Group Blast, MOSSA Group Active, Group Power (all the MOSSA classes that use a step), and the CDorner Fitness classes (to name a few). Our steps are also used in physical therapy rehabilitation. Dimensions & weight Our strong platform with 2 risers in place measures approximately (inches) --> 43 x 16 x 6 A platform with 4 risers in place weighs approximately --> 18 lbs.
