Description: Give your cat more complete protection with Advantage Multi for Cats - the monthly topical solution for cats 5.1 to 9 lbs. Advantage Multi for Cats not only prevents heartworm disease, it also treats and controls flea infestations, intestinal worms including roundworms and hookworms, and ear mites - the #1 cause of ear infections in cats.* Packing all of this protection into a single, once-a-month, topical application delivers the ultimate convenience in cat protection. No need to trick your cat into taking hard-to-swallow pills or wearing a collar with less coverage. Protection against pests is important for both indoor and outdoor cats. When untreated, worms and fleas can cause serious symptoms and major discomfort for your cat. Intestinal worms are common parasites that can cause vomiting, weight loss and diarrhea. And flea bites aren't just painful, they can cause serious skin issues and spread disease. But because Advantage Multi kills through contact, fleas don't have to bite your cat to die. Your cat or kitten must be at least nine weeks old and weigh between 5.1 and 9 lbs. to use this formula of Advantage Multi for Cats. Look for Advantage Multi for Cats 2-5 lbs. and Advantage Multi for Cats 9.1-18 lbs. Advantage Multi is only available by prescription. Subscribe to regular doorstep deliveries of 3-dose or 6-dose packs so you never miss a monthly treatment. Before starting any heartworm prevention program, it's important for your veterinarian to test your cat for an existing heartworm infection. At your next visit, tell your veterinarian you want the convenience of layered protection for your cat so you can enjoy peace of mind while they venture off to explore their favorite places.
