High Performance Fiberglass Composite (HPFC) shell is super lightweight yet offers amazing energy management. The Advant X HPFC meets or exceeds the ECE 22.06 rotational energy management criteria using LS2’s proprietary Advanced Rotational Energy Management (AREM) technology. ECE homologated as both an open face and full-face (ECE P/J rated), this helmet offers amazing flexibility and is certified to be used as a full-face or open face helmet. The LS2 proprietary deceptively simple design of the 180-degree flip chin bar allows it to operate on a single axis pivot; a true engineering marvel. This allows the chin bar to rotate all the way back, and rest behind the head to avoid catching the wind at highway speeds and offers a much superior balance compared to traditional modulars.
