Advanced Filtration Kit for Prusa CORE One

The Advanced Filtration System is a set containing a housing with a HEPA filter, carbon filter, and a high-pressure blower that can be installed on the back of the Prusa CORE One and fully integrates with the printer. Studies have shown that most of the commonly used 3D printing materials should be safe, but we wanted to take this a step further. Our farm running over 600 printers has been testing its own air filtration system for some time and we wanted to bring a similar solution to you. Fewer particles and less odor in the air are always better. We partnered with a company specializing in air filters to bring you a highly effective tailor-made solution. By combining a highly efficient HEPA filter (99.9% efficiency) with active carbon granules, we aim to eliminate both particles and odors. Main Features Protection Advanced Filtration protects against VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and UFPs (ultrafine particles; nanoparticles). Odor Reduction The HEPA filter is designed for 3D printer emissions — the best protection against VOCs and UFPs. Simple Maintenance The HEPA filter has an estimated lifespan of at least 600 hours of runtime and can be easily replaced. Fully Integrated The Advanced Filtration System mounts on the rear exhaust of the printer, with fans controlled directly by the firmware.
