Advance ALPHA DLS

Advance ALPHA DLS Come fly with me Entry level light glider The ALPHA DLS is the lightweight version of the classic entry-level wing. Thanks to its lightweight construction and further design optimizations, it is up to 800g lighter and offers even greater glide performance than the Classic version. This makes it the perfect choice for Hike & Fly, travel, and even your first cross-country flights. Easy Lift off with ease The ALPHA series stands out with its clear line setup and colour-coded risers and brake handles, making ground handling especially intuitive. The wing launches effortlessly and is exceptionally easy to fly, thanks to its balanced pitch and roll behaviour. Safe Total confidence With features like extended brake travel, the ALPHA series offers exceptional safety margins. This allows you to gradually explore new manoeuvres and tackle challenges with ease. Thanks to its high turbulence absorption, you’ll enjoy a smooth and steady flight every time. Fun Joy of flying The responsive, dynamic handling combined with high passive safety makes flying pure fun. With the versatile ALPHA DLS, you can embark on Hike & Fly adventures and travel with confidence and ease. TECHNOLOGY & FEATURES LIGHT AND VERSATILE DLS combines structural innovations with a unique material mix. This development philosophy includes a range of small yet crucial measures that collectively result in a significant weight reduction. Robustness and durability remain at the consistently high standard you expect. MAXIMUM PASSIVE SAFETY The stall occurs very late and is clearly and noticeably announced – thanks to extremely long brake travel and progressively increasing brake pressure. This exceptionally forgiving behavior is the result of Air Scoop technology at the leading edge, semi-circular cell openings, and an optimized planform. ENHANCED PERFORMANCE The new profile gives the ALPHA series a performance boost of up to 15 %. With improved pressure distribution along the chord, it delivers optimal pitch behaviour and increased efficiency. The DLS version takes this even further, achieving even better glide performance through further drag reduction compared to the classic version. TAILORED HIGH-END MATERIAL MIX The ALPHA DLS uses slimmer risers and high-quality unsheathed ProDry lines in the gallery. The different coloured lines are extremely stable in length, extremely water-repellent and offer above-average tear resistance even after long periods of use.
