Adscope 641 Sprague Stethoscope

Adscope 641 Sprague Stethoscope The ADC Adscope 641 Sprague Stethoscope is a versatile, professional-grade acoustic stethoscope designed for reliable auscultation during medical examinations. Built using the classic Sprague-Rappaport design, this diagnostic instrument supports comprehensive assessment of heart, lung, and other body sounds in clinical, hospital, EMS, nursing, and medical training environments. Featuring a double-tube acoustic configuration, interchangeable chestpiece components, and adjustable binaurals, the Adscope 641 is engineered to provide dependable sound transmission and flexibility across a wide range of patient types. The included accessory kit allows clinicians to adapt the stethoscope for adult, pediatric, and general diagnostic use, eliminating the need for multiple scopes in many clinical situations. The Adscope 641 uses a double-tube acoustic design that helps improve stereo separation and sound clarity during auscultation. This configuration helps clinicians detect subtle acoustic differences when listening to heart tones, breath sounds, and other internal body sounds.   Durable Clinical Construction The chestpiece drum is constructed from chrome-plated zinc, providing durability for routine clinical use. Adjustable aluminum or chrome-plated binaurals help maintain proper ear alignment and acoustic seal, while the tubing design supports consistent sound transmission during examinations. The device is latex-free, making it suitable for environments where latex sensitivities must be avoided.   Comfort-Focused Design The Adscope 641 includes Adsoft™ or silicone eartips designed to provide a secure acoustic seal and enhanced comfort during extended use. Additional spare diaphragms and accessories are included to support long-term use and maintenance.   Specifications: Stethoscope Type: Acoustic Sprague-Rappaport Chestpiece: Threaded chrome-plated zinc drum Interchangeable fittings: Adult diaphragm, pediatric diaphragm, three bells Tubing length: ~22 inches Overall length: ~30 inches Weight: approximately 7–8 oz Configuration: Double-tube design for improved acoustic separation Latex content: Not made with natural rubber latex Warranty: 5-year manufacturer warranty Assembly: Inspected and packaged in the United States
