This latex-free ADS022 (TPE Band, Medium) is great for strengthening the ankles for pointe work or to gain better balance in flat shoes. It can also be tied around the ankles, knees or thighs to perform squats and clamshells and add resistance to passés. At 78" x 6", it's extra long and wide, which makes it easier to tie and use for extensions. Made in China.
