Adrenal Complex is a glandular-based product designed to support overall adrenal and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis function.  This product was designed with the intention of rejuvenating tired adrenal glands and is ideal for patients with extreme adrenal burnout. Highlights Tissue-specific glandulars from the adrenal cortex and the whole adrenal gland – the inclusion of glandulars adheres to the long-held theory that ‘like heals like.’ In addition to being rich in an array of nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, these glandulars contain protein-like substances, which may have a specific messenger activity that helps target the body’s adrenal tissues to strengthen and repair these glands. Designs for Health obtains all glandular materials from certified BSE-free countries (typically Argentina) and they are freeze dried to avoid rancidity.  N-acetyl tyrosine and vitamin C help provide critical catecholamine repletion, often necessary for those experiencing chronic stress  B-vitamin profile — includes thiamine HCL (B1), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) and as riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2). These play critical roles as enzyme cofactors in the balanced production of stress hormones; most are provided in their pre-activated phosphorylated form for superior bioavailability. Note: This product can be used along with Adrenotone™ for comprehensive adrenal support.
