BodySport® Adjustable Dumbbell

BodySport® Adjustable Dumbbell An all-in-one, space-saving strength training tool that is equipped with 8 weights offering 12 different weight increments from 3–40 lb. Unlike traditional fixed-weight dumbbells, the BodySport® Adjustable Dumbbell allows users to offset the weight selection for more dynamic workouts. The compact design makes it easy to improve muscle imbalances with little space. This adjustable dumbbell comes with a base, ABS steel aluminum alloy handle, and 8 weight plates. The BodySport® Adjustable Dumbbell functions with a locking mechanism that keeps the weight plates in place during use. To select the weight, the adjustment knobs on both sides of the dumbbell must be rotated to the triangle indicator position on the handle. After use, return the dumbbell to the base.
