Adjustable Beaded Pearl Bracelet

The Adjustable Beaded Pearl Bracelet is beautifully crafted out of genuine mother of pearl beads strung along durable white string. It can be worn as a meditation bracelet/ wrist mala, or as an everyday jewelry piece. Mother of pearl, also known as 'nacre', is a fine material whose origin is as intriguing as its appearance. This creamy, iridescent material is formed when an irritant, such as a grain of sand, becomes trapped within the tissue of a mollusk. This leads to the secretion of layers of nacre to coat the irritant, thus eventually creating a pearl. Cultures around the world, especially people of royal or upper class status, have treasured this spectacular gemstone for millennia. Some mother of pearl benefits include calmness, grounding, increased purity, and expansion of wisdom. Sizing: Knot closure adjusts from 3" - 4". 8mm beads. Handmade in Nepal.
