Adapt Herbal Tea

Blender's Notes: Our Adapt blend creates equilibrium within. Adaptogenic herbs, also known as adaptogens, are substances that enhance your ability to resist stress, anxiety, trauma and fatigue – slowly and gently, without jolts or crashes. They’re called adaptogens because of their unique ability to “adapt” their function according to your body’s specific needs. Too anxious, they calm; too tired, they energize. By protecting you against oxidative damage to your cells these herbs are able to enhance longevity and provide a natural health approach to increasing your endurance and resistance to a large number of physical problems including stress.
