Adamax-984

Adamax-984 Chemical Information: Chemical Name: Adamax-984 (Ac-MEHFPGPAG-OH) Molecular Formula: C₄₄H₆₁N₁₁O₁₃S Molecular Weight: ~984.10 g/mol Sequence: Ac-MEHFPGPAG-OH (9-mer, free acid) Product Description: Adamax is a synthetic peptide derivative and structural analogue of Semax, built on the Semax/ACTH(4-10) sequence and modified at the N-terminus with an acetyl group, with a free acid C-terminus. This modification results in structural differences from the parent sequence that may be characterized in experimental settings. Adamax is produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and supplied as a lyophilized powder intended exclusively for controlled in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. This product is not formulated for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Research Applications: In-vitro investigation of modified peptide stability and structure–activity relationships Laboratory studies examining peptide-receptor interaction pathways in cell-based assay systems Comparative evaluation of Semax-derived analogues in controlled experimental models Analytical method development and reference characterization for sequence-specific peptides Storage and Handling: Store lyophilized material at -20 °C for long-term stability Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2–8 °C and used promptly Protect from light, heat, and repeated freeze–thaw cycles Handle using appropriate laboratory safety and aseptic techniques Product Specifications: Purity: ≥99% (HPLC Certified) Appearance: White to off-white lyophilized powder Solubility: Soluble in suitable laboratory agents Form: Lyophilized powder Compliance Notice: Adamax is FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY.
