Adam’s Parachute

Meet the modern twist on a legendary pattern. The Adams Parachute takes the classic dry fly and adds a parachute post for better visibility, improved float, and more consistent hook-ups. It’s the ultimate blend of tradition and innovation—perfect for targeting picky risers in any trout stream. The gray body and blended hackle still imitate a wide range of mayflies (like Blue-Winged Olives, Pale Morning Duns, and Hendricksons), but the high-floating parachute makes it easier to track in low light, glare, and riffles. This is your go-to when the hatch is on—or when you’re prospecting between bugs. Whether you're casting to sipping trout or fishing it blind, the Adams Parachute has the classic profile fish love with the upgrades you need. Why it works: Parachute post improves visibility and helps the fly sit flush on the water Classic Adams color scheme imitates dozens of mayfly species High-floating design excels in broken water and soft currents Barbed hook for reliable hookups Deadly during hatches and effective as an attractor Sizes available as variants Finatics Fly Company
