Characteristics such as fissures, fill materials in cavities, flaking of stone layers, natural grooves, lines, or minor corner chips, all contribute to the inherent charm of the material and do not affect the fountain's performance or visual appeal. Such elements are part of the stone's natural composition and do not fall under warranty claims. Optional Color Changing LED Lighting: Comes with a remote-controlled, color-changing LED lighting option. Remote-Controlled Fountain: Includes an optional On/Off remote to control the fountain’s operation. Easy Installation: Equipped with an EZ install bracket for simple and hassle-free setup. Leakage Prevention: Features a double-tested, welded plastic liner to prevent leakage. Clog-Free Water Flow: Uniquely designed water distribution system ensures even water flow without clogging. The delivery company will not unpack or relocate items. If needed, ensure you have assistance at delivery. The delivery company will call to arrange a time, and you must be available to sign for the shipment upon delivery. Made-to-Order Water Fountains: Lead times vary. Please contact us for current lead times on specific products. We can help find alternatives with faster shipping if needed. Extra-Large Water Fountains (with large base/pool/pond): In some cases, a forklift may be required for delivery, as the base may be too large for the carrier’s lift-gate service. We will notify you before shipping if a forklift is necessary, but most fountains do not require this. Please arrange accordingly before delivery. Outdoor Fountain Care While cast stone water fountains are durable, it's essential to protect them during winter to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle common in most states. Trapped moisture can freeze and expand, causing cracks and deterioration. Smaller Fountains: We recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. Larger Fountains: Thoroughly dry and cover them with a waterproof cover to protect them during winter. Regular maintenance and proper care can greatly extend the life of these decorative pieces.
