ACSL SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case

ACSL SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case: NDAA-Compliant Dual-Sensor Thermal UAS for Public Safety and Critical Inspection Missions The ACSL SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case is a complete, field-ready thermal UAS package built for operators who need radiometric heat detection and high-resolution visible imaging in a single, compliant, deployable kit. It combines Japan's NDAA-compliant SOTEN airframe with the TAITEN Smart Controller, the SAMO thermal payload, the CX-GB100 standard 20MP visible camera, five smart batteries, and a wheeled hard-shell case with custom blue foam interior. SAMO pairs a radiometric 640x512 FLIR Boson thermal sensor with a 64MP visible camera and 20x optical zoom in a single 56g module, giving operators full-spectrum situational awareness without the weight or complexity of a larger thermal platform. Key Features and Benefits SAMO thermal payload: radiometric 640x512 Boson sensor with less than 20 mK thermal sensitivity. Dual-sensor imaging: 64MP visible camera and 20x optical zoom operate alongside the thermal channel. NDAA and ITAR-free: SAMO is built around the Teledyne FLIR Hadron 640R for secure deployments. Temperature accuracy: ±5°C measurement accuracy within a 0°C to 100°C operating range. Two cameras included: SAMO thermal and CX-GB100 visible both ship in this bundle. One-touch swap: exchange SAMO and CX-GB100 between sorties without powering down the aircraft. IP54 SAMO module: rear interfaces sealed for field durability across inspection and response operations. Five batteries: supports extended multi-sortie thermal coverage across large or complex sites. TAITEN display: 7-inch 1500-nit panel stays readable in direct sunlight during outdoor operations. AES-256 encryption: all communications and optional on-media data storage are cryptographically secured. The SAMO payload is purpose-built for the SOTEN ecosystem. Its one-touch mount allows fast swaps with the included CX-GB100 between sorties, and its tight integration with the TAITEN controller and ACSL TAKEOFF app gives operators responsive gimbal control, radiometric readouts, and clean hand-offs between crew members in the field. Thermal sensitivity below 20 mK and temperature measurement accuracy of ±5°C across a 0°C to 100°C range support confident heat detection across public safety response, utility inspection, search and rescue, and disaster assessment workflows. AES-256 encrypted ACSL Fides-Link communications and an ISO/IEC 15408-based security architecture keep all data collected in the field protected from takeoff through storage. Thermal Intelligence Built for the Field Public safety and inspection missions do not allow for data uncertainty. SAMO delivers radiometric thermal imaging at up to 60 Hz frame rate, with a 32° HFOV thermal channel and a 67° HFOV visible channel running simultaneously for context-rich situational awareness. The 20x optical zoom on the visible path supports long-standoff target confirmation and inspection from safe operating distances. At approximately 56g and 50 × 36 × 43mm, SAMO adds meaningful thermal capability to the SOTEN without impacting the aircraft's nimble handling. Future capability updates through ACSL's Teledyne FLIR collaboration include MSX thermal-visible fusion and Prism ISP features for contrast enhancement, turbulence mitigation, and AI-assisted detection, giving this platform a clear path to expanded operational capability over time. Compatibility and System Integration SAMO thermal payload: included; 640x512 radiometric Boson thermal with 64MP visible and 20x zoom. CX-GB100 standard camera: included; 1-inch 20MP with mechanical shutter and 4K video output. CX-GB300 multispectral camera: optional 1-inch 20MP payload with RGB TIFF 16-bit output (sold separately). CX-GB400 optical zoom camera: optional 2.5x optical with up to 25x combined zoom capability (sold separately). ACSL TAKEOFF app: pre-installed on TAITEN for integrated flight, gimbal, and mission planning control. ACSL Fides-Link: dual-band AES-256 encrypted link with 6-plus mile unobstructed range. ACSL SOTEN RTK Module: optional centimeter-level positioning accessory for georeferenced workflows (sold separately). Optional LTE module: enables remote and closed-network operations for BVLOS-capable workflows (sold separately). Applications and Use Cases Search and rescue: detect heat signatures across low-visibility terrain and dense cover at night. Public safety response: provide thermal overwatch, target confirmation, and scene documentation on deployment. Utility inspection: identify overheating components, hotspots, and anomalies across power infrastructure. Disaster assessment: combine thermal and visible imaging for post-event aerial damage evaluation. Industrial inspection: locate thermal irregularities in equipment and structures from safe standoff distances. Firefighting support: monitor heat zones, spot flare-ups, and track fire perimeter during active incidents. Infrastructure monitoring: detect thermal anomalies in bridges, buildings, and critical facility assets. Evidence documentation: capture radiometric thermal records alongside 20MP visible imagery for reporting. The ACSL SOTEN Thermal Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case puts full-spectrum thermal intelligence into a portable, NDAA-compliant package that is ready to work from the moment the case is opened. The SAMO payload, CX-GB100 camera, five batteries, and complete support kit ship organized in a wheeled hard-shell case that moves from vehicle to launch point in a single trip.
