ACSL SOTEN Inspection Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case

ACSL SOTEN Inspection Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Hard Case: Japan-Built NDAA-Compliant UAS for Structured Inspection Programs Enterprise inspection programs demand platforms that arrive ready to work. The ACSL SOTEN Inspection Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Case is a fully integrated small UAS package built around Japan's NDAA-compliant SOTEN airframe, configured from the ground up for teams that operate on schedule and in compliance.  The bundle ships with the TAITEN Smart Controller, five smart batteries, a triple charging hub, and a wheeled hard-shell case with custom blue foam interior that organizes every component for fast, repeatable deployment across utility corridors, critical infrastructure sites, and urban inspection environments. Key Features and Benefits NDAA compliance: aircraft and TAITEN controller both satisfy federal procurement requirements. Fides-Link dual-band: 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz encrypted link supports resilient multi-environment operations. Swappable payload system: one-touch camera exchange enables multi-sensor missions from one airframe. IP43 protection: airframe withstands rain, dust, and particulates across varied inspection environments. Five-battery complement: supports extended multi-sortie field sessions without returning to base. TAITEN Smart Controller: 7-inch 1500-nit display, Android 13, and 8-hour runtime for all-day operations. AES-256 encryption: communications and optional on-media data storage are cryptographically secured. Multi-controller support: up to three TAITEN units pair to one aircraft for crew-based operation models. Rapid deployment case: wheeled hard-shell case with custom foam organizes full bundle for field transport. LTE capability: optional module supports closed-network and remote tele-operation workflows. The SOTEN platform is designed for programs where data integrity and platform security are non-negotiable. An IP43-rated foldable airframe, AES-256 encrypted ACSL Fides-Link communications, and a security architecture grounded in ISO/IEC 15408 principles give fleet managers a system they can deploy across regulated and sensitive environments without additional security review. The one-touch swappable camera system, anchored in this bundle by the 20MP CX-GB100 with 1-inch sensor and mechanical shutter, allows sensor reconfiguration between sorties without aircraft downtime. Dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz connectivity, multi-direction obstacle sensing, and GNSS coverage across GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, and SLAS sub-meter augmentation round out a platform built for consistent, accountable field performance. Fleet-Ready Capability Built Around Operational Consistency The SOTEN is engineered to perform predictably across repeated deployments, which is what enterprise inspection programs actually require. At 1,720g including camera and battery, the foldable airframe moves easily between sites without dedicated logistics. The CX-GB100 delivers 20MP stills and 4K video at 30fps, stabilized by a 3-axis gimbal with 0.02-degree control accuracy, giving data teams consistent image geometry across sorties. The TAITEN Smart Controller pairs with up to two additional controllers per aircraft, supporting dedicated payload operator configurations for teams running structured inspection workflows. Optional LTE connectivity and offline map support through ACSL TAKEOFF keep autonomous mission capability intact even in disconnected field environments. For program managers building repeatable inspection cadences, the SOTEN gives you a platform that behaves the same way every time it leaves the case. Compatibility and System Integration CX-GB100 standard camera: included 1-inch 20MP payload with mechanical shutter and 4K capture. SAMO high-resolution thermal camera: optional NDAA-compliant EO/IR payload with 640x512 Boson sensor (sold separately). CX-GB400 optical zoom camera: optional 2.5x optical with up to 25x combined zoom capability (sold separately). CX-GB300 multispectral camera: optional 1-inch 20MP payload with RGB TIFF 16-bit output (sold separately). ACSL TAKEOFF app: pre-installed on TAITEN for integrated flight, gimbal, and autonomous mission control. ACSL Fides-Link: dual-band AES-256 encrypted control and video link with 6-plus mile unobstructed range. Optional LTE module: enables remote and closed-network tele-operations for BVLOS-capable programs (sold separately). Offline maps: ACSL TAKEOFF supports cached map data for mission planning without internet connectivity. Applications and Use Cases Utility corridor inspection: audit powerlines, substations, and energy infrastructure across program schedules. Critical infrastructure monitoring: conduct repeatable visual documentation of bridges, towers, and facilities. Industrial site inspection: access elevated or confined assets safely without scaffolding or manned entry. Public safety deployment: support evidence collection, scene documentation, and aerial overwatch operations. Compliance documentation: generate consistent 20MP still records aligned to regulatory reporting requirements. Disaster assessment: deploy the bundled system rapidly for post-event aerial damage documentation. Multi-sensor data collection: reconfigure between visible, thermal, zoom, and multispectral payloads per sortie. Operator training programs: run dual or triple-controller configurations to develop structured crew proficiency. The ACSL SOTEN Inspection Bundle Plus with Rapid Deployment Case is built for programs that need more than a drone. It is a deployable inspection system with a defined sensor, a proven controller, and five sorties of battery capacity organized into a case that rolls from a vehicle to a launch point in a single trip. For fleet integrators and program managers who measure performance in consistent data output and zero compliance gaps, this bundle delivers the operational foundation to make that standard achievable.
