Acne Wash

TARGETED BENZOYL PEROXIDE SUPPORT FOR ACTIVE BREAKOUTS The META FACIAL® Acne Wash by Biba Los Angeles is a benzoyl peroxide acne cleanser designed to target active breakouts without unnecessary irritation or overcorrection. Formulated with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, the formula helps reduce acne-causing bacteria, clear visible congestion, and support clearer-looking skin while helping minimize the excessive dryness commonly associated with stronger acne treatments.  WHY THIS ACNE CLEANSER WORKS SO EFFICIENTLY Benzoyl peroxide is one of the most effective ingredients used in acne care, but it is often overused or applied too aggressively. In practice, excessive use can contribute to dryness, irritation, and barrier disruption that may leave breakouts more difficult to manage over time. The META FACIAL® Acne Wash was developed around a more controlled approach to acne treatment that focuses on consistency and skin balance rather than aggressive overcorrection. SHORT-CONTACT ACNE CARE WITHOUT OVER-DRYING Unlike leave-on benzoyl peroxide treatments that can become difficult to tolerate, this formula is designed as a short-contact cleanser that delivers the benefits of benzoyl peroxide while minimizing unnecessary disruption to the skin barrier. It helps remove excess oil, surface buildup, and visible congestion while supporting clearer-looking skin as part of a balanced acne routine. The result is skin that feels cleaner and more clarified without the excessive tightness often associated with harsher acne products. DEVELOPED FROM REAL TREATMENT ROOM EXPERIENCE Developed from Biba de Sousa’s hands-on experience treating oily, acne-prone, and congestion-prone skin, The META FACIAL® Acne Wash was created for periods of active breakouts when the skin needs more targeted acne support. In the treatment room, acne improves most consistently when treatment is both targeted and balanced rather than overly aggressive. This formula was designed to support that philosophy. Safe for use on both face and body, this cleanser is especially well suited for inflamed acne, active breakouts, oily skin, and visible congestion.
