BLADE WITH A PURPOSE - The 15 degree sharp, fine edges on the chef’s knife & fillet knife can be used to cut, chop, slice & dice all firm and soft fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. ADVENTURE CHEF - High-end knives & traveling don’t mix—until now. The Adventure Chef Collection was designed with celebrity chef Adam Glick to be compact, portable & most importantly, the same Messermeister chef-grade quality used in the kitchen.
