Accurate Tern 2 Conventional Star Drag *

Description Are you looking to have your reel spooled? You can have us do it and be reassured that it will be done right. Purchase the line you want on the reel here and let us know how you want it done in the notes upon checkout. Easy as that! The Accurate Tern2 takes star-drag performance to the next level, delivering speed, strength, and casting control in a compact, lightweight frame. Designed for anglers who demand maximum versatility, the Tern2 excels in everything from precision inshore presentations to hard-charging offshore battles—all with the smooth power Accurate is known for. At its core is TwinStarDrag® (TSD), the world’s first star-drag system applying balanced drag pressure to both sides of the main gear. The result is buttery-smooth startup, consistent drag under load, and serious stopping power when big fish go ballistic. Pair that with Xtreme Casting Technology™ (XCT) for longer casts with fewer backlashes, and you get a reel that is fast, forgiving, and deadly accurate. Built with CVX® lightweight engineering and a rigid 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum frame, the Tern2 offers exceptional strength without excess weight. Stainless steel gears deliver confident cranking power, while Main Gear Bearing Support (MBS) enhances smoothness and durability when fighting heavy fish. Whether you’re feathering live baits, bombing irons, or working plugs over deep structure, the Tern2 gives you total control—cast after cast, fish after fish.
