Alloy Integration This lightsaber component is designed as a direct expansion for the Corvus Saber Foundry Alloy System offering expanded component flexibility, interchangeability, and system cross compatibility to the greater VHC schema.  Learn more about the Corvus Saber Foundry Alloy System on our dedicated page: Alloy Product Information Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, this Alloy Accent Ring features a simple squared band punctuated with vertical knurling debossed into a central band, 5mm tall.  Designed to accentuate the areas between major components, this accent ring enhances saber profile, creates a nested appearance, and furnishes a uniquely constructed feel to your lightsaber.  The raised profile functionally enhances saber handling by providing users a convenient index or finger positioning register.  The inner diameter exhibits our innovative 'shimsert' mounting solution which utilizes an offset inner lip that slips over the joining threads and acts as a shim, securing the Accent Band between connecting hilt sections.  This eliminates the need for threading or other fasteners, simplifying installation and providing a clean nested parts aesthetic.  The offset design provides the user two looks in one part with a flip!  The raw finish allows for user customization through etching, weathering or other surface treatments. Compatibility Alloy components are designed to interface with known form factors, dimensions, as well as meet or exceed material strength of LGT/Nexus/Damiensaber VHC and TXQ Modular systems.  Specifically, Alloy components are manufactured from a higher strength aluminum alloy which provides enhanced durability and strength.  Integration and use with other Corvus Saber Foundry Alloy components and other similarly compatible third-party parts is supported and encouraged!   For questions on Fitment and Compatibility, please visit our Fitment FAQ Listing is for a single item.  Additional parts illustrated are for demonstration purposes of possible configurations and size representation only.
