Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Quercia Argento IGP, 250ml

Quercia Argento Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is a delicious blend of sour and sweet. Quercia Argento is made from 60% cooked grape must and 40% wine vinegar, and the product is then refined in durmast barrels made from European oak that is valued for its dark, tough and elastic qualities. This excellent product is delicious on seasoned cheeses, meats, salads, vegetables, and a variety of other dishes. The shelf life is naturally 5 years due to its pH concentration and sugary content. While the IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is not subject to the same rules of the DOP products, it is still strictly monitored by a consortium that ensures the guidelines in place are always followed. Among those guidelines is that the product must be “assembled” in the provinces of Modena or Reggio Emilia, it must have a shiny black color and an acidity of at least 6%. Bottle comes inside a gift box that is shown in the images.
