ON SALE! Best Buy date is 11/25. Apple Balsamic Condiment from Acetai Castelli is a bright and delightful surprise at the first taste. Fruity apple flavor blends beautifully with the sweetness that comes from cooked grape must and just enough sour to balance the sweetness. The 4th generation of the Lotti family still produces this delicious product from 70% apple juice, cooked grape must, and white wine vinegar. Though it is delicious with cheeses, meats, and desserts, it is hard to make a salad shine like you can with this apple balsamic condiment over a salad of fresh sliced apples, walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese.
