2CH 24x24 Audio Matrix

The AC-MAX-24 two-channel audio matrix switcher is designed to enable integrators to address distributed audio requirements for digital and analog user experiences, whether in residential applications or commercial installations, when partnered with multi-channel amplifiers from any preferred manufacturer. The highly intuitive AVPro Edge engineered GUI and comprehensive API directly connect you with unrivaled ease into a completely customizable signal routing environment, plus the AC-MAX-24 also features third-party IP-controllability by automation systems such as Crestron, Control4, Elan, Savant, URC, and more, giving new weight to the word flexibility. A signature engineering highlight is the built-in pairs of AEX (Audio EXtender) receivers and transmitters for de-centralized sources or non-speaker-level destination endpoints. A treasured classic audio product such as a 10.5-inch, open reel tape machine may remain proudly on display, yet show off its sonic wares to all reaches of the home via AEX connection, and through AEX output, recording is possible as well. Twenty-four total inputs may be directed to twenty-four total outputs, individually or in custom configured groupings (non, two-channel digital signals are not downmixed). Rear top-panel facilities tout 16 analog input pairs and four dual Coaxial/Toslink digital inputs, plus the four AEX convertible receivers. All inputs may be sent to the bottom row complement of 20 analog output pairs and the four convertible AEX transmitters, individually or in custom configured groupings. Four 12V triggers may be used to awaken amplifiers or for custom events.  While purely an audio product representing a new horizon, the AC-MAX-24 sports AVPro Edge pedigree throughout, maintaining the solid build quality and unflappable reliability AVPro Edge is renowned for. In a world where less than well-engineered products have no place to hide, the AC-MAX-24 will highlight your next system design with fresh thinking and distinguished audio performance.
