The brushed anodized aluminum frame offers a professional finish and mounts cleanly to cabinets or walls. The back-lit LCD display provides clear temperature and speed information, while features like alarms, display lock, buffer settings, and power-failure memory ensure reliable long-term operation. A precision 6-foot thermal probe and power adapter are included for easy setup.
