About Sky

In Migle Kosinskaite’s work, About Sky focuses on a single, quiet moment in nature. A round window opens onto a dark, heavy cloud formation drifting above a distant horizon. The scene feels still and thoughtful, as if the viewer is pausing to watch the weather shift. The deep gray clouds create a soft contrast against the bright turquoise background that surrounds the circle. This framing makes the sky feel even more isolated and meaningful, as though it is being held and observed with care. The gentle gradation from cloud to horizon adds depth and calmness to the composition. At its heart, About Sky is a simple reflection on atmosphere and mood. It captures the way the sky can mirror our own quiet feelings. And while the piece stands on its own, its calm, minimal style connects naturally with the thoughtful and poetic tone often found in Migle Kosinskaite’s work.
