Abaco Bay House Plan

Abaco Bay is a charming cottage home plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has 2257 square feet of living space and is available with an island basement foundation. This raised style is a piling construction design that features the garage and storage spaces below the main living areas of the residence. Lattice work walls and pickets are lined between the piling, giving the home a Key West and coastal style look. Sunburst transoms lend a romantic spirit to this seaside destination, perfect for waterfront properties. The horizontal siding, rear sitting porch and metal roof complete the theme. This interesting home is a great choice for any family who has a low-lying waterfront or rear view piece of property. Inside Abaco Bay, an elegant interior does not miss a step. An open foyer leads to an expansive great room, made cozy by a warming fireplace. The great room is open to the dining room and kitchen, which all open up to the veranda. To the right of the home resides two guest bedrooms, a hall bathroom and a utility room. Bedroom two has access to the deck through a set of French doors. The upper level of Abaco Bay is dedicated solely to the master suite - a perfect and private homeowner's retreat. French doors reveal a vestibule open to both bedroom and bathroom. A sizable walk-in closet and a morning kitchen complement lavish amenities in the bath: a vanity with an arched soffit ceiling above, a dormered spa-style tub and an oversized shower with a seat. Enclosed storage plus bonus space is tucked away on the lower level of Abaco Bay. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
