BodyPro Ab Roller Pro w/ SMART Display

Not your Average Ab Roller  The Ab Roller Pro by BodyPro is an ab wheel with a user friendly patented design. The improved design enhances the effectiveness of ab exercises by engaging and strengthening the back, chest, arms, and core. Unlike traditional ab wheels, the ab roller pro features a brilliant display. The digital display provides real-time workout data, including Time, Count, Total Count, and Calories.  The Ab Roller Pro uses a patented spiral-alloy spring-steel sheet mechanism. This mechanism provides smooth resistance as users roll out—stable assistance as they roll back, engaging muscles more completely. The automatic rebound distance can reach 91 inches and can be mastered by the end user, even if he or she is a beginner at abdominal exercises. Most ab wheel features flat wheels that allow only straight-out and back rolling. The ab roller pro features a wide, curved wheel that helps users engage all ab muscles, including oblique’s, by moving to the right and left.  This helps to strengthen deep core muscles that stabilize the pelvis and spine. The ab roller pro also features angled, ergonomic hand grips that maximize arm muscle engagement while remaining comfortable and stable during exercise.
