Ab Mat - Cross Training

The SMAI Ab Mat is arguably the most unassuming piece of workout gym gear you can purchase. Its straightforward design offers unparalleled benefits when added to your workout routine. By lengthening the spine, it causes a longer lever and slight hyper-extension at the lumbar region (lower back), requiring the abdominal muscles to work harder. With added cushioning and support to the lower back, its unique dimensions and shape snugly fit into the curve of your back, preventing any unnecessary strain. The Ab Mat is a favorite piece of CrossFit equipment that won't disappoint. Specifications: Material: black PVC and high-density EVA foam Contoured design Length: 15.75" Width: 11.81" Height: 3.54"
