This pack contains 40 durable, high-quality AAA alkaline batteries designed to last, featuring a 10-year shelf life. Certified carbon-neutral and created with sustainability in mind, these batteries include a built-in recycling system. Tested independently for reliability and performance, they come in fully recyclable packaging with a zero-waste-to-landfill commitment. We sought a more responsible battery, so we made one ourselves. Using their technology, every part of the battery and it's packaging is broken down and used towards other products ensuring a full circle product that keeps your home charged up and landfills free of waste :  Zinc manganese concentrate is used as a micronutrient in fertilizer to improve crop yield. Zinc oxide can be used as an effective, non-toxic sunscreen component. The steel components in our alkaline batteries are used for steel-based products, such as cookware. Contents like paper, plastic, and brass are used to strengthen concrete in road construction. In addition to the Better Battery Pack, Better Battery also offers the AA 40 Pack, AAA 40 Pack, D-Cell 12 Pack, C-Cell 12 Pack, and the AA/AAA Combo Pack.  To return your batteries visit BetterBattery's  Recycling Page (www.betterbattery.co) and easily print a prepaid shipping label!
