ADHD ~ Subliminal

ADHD — ADHD is defined as “a disorder that makes it difficult for a person to pay attention and control impulsive behaviors. He or she may also be restless and almost constantly active. ADHD is not just a childhood disorder. Although the symptoms of ADHD begin in childhood, ADHD can continue through adolescence and adulthood. Reduce ADHD symptoms while enhancing learning and relationship experiences. ADHD can cause both physical and mental health problems when symptoms are left untreated. These problems can cause one to use coping mechanisms that are actually harmful. There may be those who have no idea one suffers from ADHD. They may even react negatively when they observe some of the symptoms, and their comments can leave one feeling very small. Without controlling ADHD symptoms, one may give others the impression that they are a slacker, a goof-off, a dreamer, a troublemaker, a spoiled child, and so forth. This sort of negative remarks can plummet one’s feeling of self-worth and lead to low or poor self-esteem. As a result, the person suffering ADHD may well withdraw and or act out in ways that exacerbate the problem. This program was evaluated in a double-blind study and found to have beneficial results.
