A53 Direct Plumb

Overview The LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb is a superb dual boiler machine made by one of the most reliable and storied brands in Italy. Manufactured by La Spaziale, the LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb features a commercial grade rotary pump with an enlarged steam boiler (compared to the A53 Mini V2) and the dual boiler system combined with volumetric programming lead to consistent shots every time. With your choice of black plastic or two gorgeous wood finishing kits, the LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb is sure to stand out on any coffee bar or cart! Key Features Volumetric Programming With the use of a commercial grade flowmeter, the LUCCA A53 Mini V2 allows for two user programmable shot options. PID Temperature Control The LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb has PID temperature control for consistent and precise espresso extraction. Direct Plumb The LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb espresso machines ditches the A53 Mini's water tank and vibration pump for a commercial grade rotary pump and a steam boiler that is nearly double the size at 2.5 liters (compared to the 1.2 liter in the A53 Mini). La Spaziale 53mm Professional Basket Unique to La Spaziale, their narrow but deep 53mm baskets produce a unique flavor profile that produces a richer and creamier shot than many 58mm baskets. Custom Wood Panels and Touch Points The LUCCA A53 A53 Direct Plumb is available in two beautiful wood finishes (Maple or Walnut) which are magnetically attached for ease of use and installation. Please note the panels ship separately and need to be installed by the end user. Warranty Details Residential use - 36 Months parts and labor warranty. Commercial use - 12 Months parts only.
