A Vita Leuko Bianco

Very powerful blend of Greco Bianco (70%) and Gaglioppo (30%). Different vinifications with a few hours of maceration for the Greco and light pressing for the Gaglioppo followed by spontaneous fermentation and refinement in stainless steel with resting on the lees for 6 months. The result is a wine with an intense expressive charge, with adherence to the Mediterranean terroir and unquestionable originality. The nose recalls scents of wild herbs from the Mediterranean maquis, aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruit and hints of iodine. The sip is long, aromatically intense and juicy. The finish expresses a pleasant freshness, marked by savory marine notes.
