The Blue Gates is a limited body of work rooted in memory and material. Each piece is built from hand-printed tissue, collaged blues, and quilted fabric, stitched into a surface that feels both fragile and enduring. The work explores how moments of beauty — like Christo’s transformation of Central Park in 2005 — linger long after they disappear, becoming something we carry rather than something we see. Artist: Sara Palacios Artwork name: A Soft Blue for Remembering. 16"x20", 2026 Materials (fabric, stitching, paint) Process (layered, assembled, intuitive) Mounted on canvas and ready to hang. Each is signed, one-of-a-kind, and created as part of a single, closed body of work. Ships in a box. Free Shipping continental USA.
