A Ruby Faceted Bead Necklace

This necklace is composed of reddish pink ruby disc beads that are faceted only on the edges, allowing the light to catch them at different angles and scatter a glittery reflection, especially in low light. The approximately 7mm disc beads are accented with three 18k yellow gold Bali beads, adding a touch of sophisticated asymmetry. The beads are strung upon coral silk cord, and attached at each end to a hand made, diamond accented 18K yellow gold clasp. It measures 18.5 inches from end to end.   All LFrank pieces are made by hand in our Los Angeles studio.
